Support eligible staff with flexible, customized training that builds skills and supports career advancement. Funding of up to $1,500 per approved learner may be available for eligible training.
Build practical leadership skills in recruiting, onboarding, employee retention and workplace culture alongside other landscape and horticulture employers.
Connect with candidates who have completed GROW's three-week cohort, including practical learning, safety training and employment preparation.
A job placement subsidy may be available to eligible employers who hire a GROW graduate and enter into a Job Placement Agreement with GROW. Eligibility, funding availability and placement requirements apply.
