Getting Started

Your on-site training will take place in Windsor, Ontario and your live online training begins October 10th, so your training cohort code is Windsor - 10.10. This is the cohort icon you’ll need to look for throughout your training.

Below is everything you need to begin your GROW journey.

Now it’s time to register for your online training, sign up for your online learning portal and begin your self-study training.

  • Step 1: Review your Participant Handbook

  • Step 2: Complete your Pre-Program Forms

Once you submit your last form, you’ll automatically be taken to sign-up page for your online learning portal (Step 3 in your GROW signup) and receive an email with links and instructions to complete the final steps of you program set up and start your self-study training online.

Step 1: Review your Participant Handbook

Your Participant Handbook is your source for all the information regarding your training program with GROW. You must review your handbook at the link below before you begin Step 2: Complete your Pre-Program Forms.

Step 2: Complete your Pre-Program Forms

As a government-funded employment program, all GROW participants are required to complete the following online forms before starting their online training.

  • Skills Development Fund - Participant Registration

  • Participant Consents

  • Participant Handbook Agreement

  • Pre-Program Knowledge Assessment

These forms are for administrative and reporting purposes only. Your responses are not shared. We’d be happy to answer any questions you may have, just send us an email at:e grow@landscapeontario.com.

Follow the instructions below to complete your forms.

Instructions:

  1. CLICK HERE to begin your first form.

  2. Select your program: GROW Training for New Workers and your training cohort: Windsor - 10.10

  3. When you submit each form, the next form will load automatically.

    (You can pause at any time by clicking SAVE at the bottom of the form page. You’ll receive an email with a link to continue later.)

  4. When you submit the final form, you'll automatically be taken to your online portal sign-up page. (We’ll also send you an email with a link and instructions.)

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions, create your account and gain immediate access to your online training portal.

Remember: All forms must be submitted before you can access your online learning through the GROW Participant Portal.
