Women On Site
Women On Site is a community for women and underrepresented people in trades, construction, manufacturing, and STEM industries. They create experiences to connect with one another outside of work.
Started by four women working in construction and saw the need for community, WOS hosts events to reduce loneliness experienced through underrepresentation in trades industries, and ensure the retention of women and underrepresented people in their chosen careers.
